These facade reconstruction options envisage forming the building’s new look, which would correspond to the client company’s public image. The proposed options vary in prices with respect to the finishing materials and realization and respond to the client’s requirements. In addition, option 2, with a larger budget built in, provides for organization of a new large-spanned hall on the roof of the lowered part of the building.
